EPISODE 2 Breathing as a Signal of Safety
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In this episode, we explore breathing as a gentle way to communicate safety to the nervous system.
Through simple explanation and slow, optional practices, you’re invited to notice how the breath, especially the exhale can help settle the body and create a sense of steadiness. There’s no need to breathe deeply or do this perfectly; this episode offers space to listen, pause, and find a rhythm that feels supportive for you.
