Regulating The Nervous System- Breath, Boundaries, and Safety
This series is a gentle invitation to slow down, notice your body, and reconnect with your nervous system.
Over ten short episodes, we explore simple, practical tools—breathing, reflection, and boundaries, to help you feel more grounded, safe, and in control of your own experience.
There is no right way to do these practices, and nothing here asks you to push beyond what feels safe. Each episode is a space for curiosity, self-compassion, and learning to respond rather than react. Whether you’re new to these ideas or have practiced them before, this series meets you where you are anhonorsurs your pace.
You are invited to listen, pause, breathe, and return as often as you need. Your nervous system, your feelings, and your choices are valid.
